No, it's not a mistake for 2 weeks from 7 October to 21 October 2013, you can join Stampin' Up! for just $25. Instead of the regular kit, you can chose any product from either catalogue as long as the price is not less than $25 and not more than $26.95.
The great news is that you don't have to make quota until 31 March 2014 and if you put in an order of $300 or more within 45 days of joining, you get 30% discount off that order instead of the usual 20%.
